$20–$25 PER HOUR + MANUFACTURER SPIFFS & INCENTIVES
We are a family-owned tire and automotive repair business serving our community since 1978, and we are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team.
This is a unique position for someone who enjoys working with customers but also isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. The position combines front-counter customer service and service writing with hands-on tire work in the shop.
If you have experience in the tire or automotive industry, that's a plus. If you have the right attitude, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn, we are willing to train the right person.

Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing
- Answer phones and assist customers at the front counter
- Schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and help write up service orders
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle and tire needs
- Help customers with tire selection and product information
- Mount, balance, rotate, and service tires
- Work with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
- Communicate with technicians and other team members to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other tire and automotive service duties as needed
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a busy automotive environment.
Qualifications include:
- Valid driver's license – required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Tire and/or automotive experience preferred
- Tire mounting and balancing experience preferred
- Basic tire product knowledge is a plus
- TPMS knowledge is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
- Willingness to complete tire manufacturer training and learning modules
- Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation
