What You’ll Do as a Line Cook:As a Line Cook at Fox Den Country Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assisting in maintaining inventory and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the culinary arts.
