Hourly Pay: $37.95-$44.60

What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars and priorities, coordinating meetings, appointments, materials, agendas, and schedule changes to keep leaders prepared and organized.
- Serve as a trusted partner and key point of contact, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, and travel, including logistics, agendas, presentations, meeting materials, notes, A/V needs, and travel arrangements.
- Drive strategic projects and executive initiatives, tracking deliverables, conducting research, compiling data, and ensuring projects move forward on time.
- Prepare high-level communications and materials, including presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other sensitive documents while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of executive-level administrative experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar, editing, proofreading, and professional correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel and logistics, reports, competing priorities, and process improvements.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
