This isn’t a traditional admin-focused receptionist / executive assistant role – the role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support Customer Engagement efforts by enabling the sales organization to provide customers with expanded product options
  • A general understanding of and appreciation for the driven, results-oriented mindset of an entrepreneur.
  • Act as the point of contact between our Agent and clients.
  • Complete sales transactions for the Agent.
  • Handle high-level customer service issues that require consistent follow-through & follow-up
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
  • Produce high quality emails and messages to customers
  • A varied enough background to support a fast-growing company.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min 3 years prior experience in an executive assistant, receptionist or customer service role.
  • Prior sales experience or experience is a sales organization is helpful
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License
  • Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
BENEFITS:
  • Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
  • $32,000 - $39,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
