  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
  • Handle customer complaints and address any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately process payments and maintain proper documentation
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service experience
Requirements:
  • Must have proficient Computer Knowledge.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have experience with working on Spreadsheets.
