- Have thoughtful, consultative conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Help clients understand insurance options that fit their needs
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Follow up consistently and manage daily priorities
- Represent our agency’s mission of putting customer needs first
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence and resilience (you don’t take “no” personally)
- Ability to manage priorities and stay organized
- Motivation to grow professionally and financially
- Comfort working interdependently within a small team
- Maine Property & Casualty Producer License
- Maine Life & Health Producer License
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Part-time or full-time opportunity
- First-year full-time earnings typically start around $60,000+, with additional upside as skills and production grow
