Schedule: 4 x 10-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $74 – $77/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,960 – $3,080/week
Job Summary
San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care services, medication management, and clinical support within a healthcare setting. The Pharmacist will ensure safe and effective medication use, review prescriptions, counsel patients, collaborate with providers, and maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
Requirements
Active Pharmacist License
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Experience in hospital, clinical, ambulatory care, or outpatient pharmacy settings preferred
Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and pharmaceutical regulations
Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
Required Credentials
Active Pharmacist License (Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure)
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
