Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity, ensuring timely response
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service technicians, and other team members throughout the service process
- Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image
Qualifications:
- Dispatching Experience Preferred but not required
- Customer Service Experience
- US Work Authorization
- Bilingual Russian & English
