Inside Sales Representative

Pay Range: $21 – $24/hr DOE + Benefits + Bonus Opportunity

Location: Windsor, CO

Position Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Support outside sales representatives with day-to-day sales activity.
• Prepare quotes and pricing.
• Conduct product and customer research.
• Manage sales transactions and follow-up behind the scenes.
• Manage customer accounts and relationships.
• Place customer orders as needed.
• Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions to their needs.
• Support the sales team with smaller, more straightforward opportunities.
• Quote and close smaller opportunities as they arise.
• Learn to ask stronger, more strategic questions to uncover customer needs.
• Gain increasing responsibility for quoting, closing, and managing your own accounts.
