Childcare Center Aide

The Childcare Center Aid supports the Teachers and the Director by helping to create a caring and safe environment for the children and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education. This part time position is Monday - Friday with flexible hours.

Assists Lead and Assistant Teachers with cleaning, care taking and learning activities

Ability to pass a MERIT background check and finger print (if applicable)

Ability to get down on the ground to engage with the children for play and interactions

Ability to lift children up through age 3

Have high energy and the ability to work well with others

Food Handlers card

Blood borne pathogens course

First Aid & CPR certified

Previous experience in a child care center

• Paid major holidays after probation period
