Senior Event Logistics Associate

Purpose

Ensure the safe, timely, and professional transport, setup, and execution of all event marketing displays and assets while protecting company equipment and supporting successful event execution.

Compensation: $15/hour to start; $16/hour after obtaining a DOT card and successful completion of the in-house driving test.

Safely Transport Event Displays & Materials

Outcome: All event materials are transported safely, on time, and in compliance with safety standards.

Accountable For:

• Driving trucks and hauling trailers to event locations

• Safe and timely transportation of displays and equipment

• Route planning and time management

• Following all safe driving practices

Measured By:

• On-time arrival rate

• Incident/accident rate

• Delivery completeness

• Vehicle inspection completion

Lead Event Booth Setup & Breakdown Execution

Outcome: Event booths are set up and broken down efficiently and on schedule.

Accountable For:

• Leading setup and teardown of booths and displays

• Ensuring correct installation and presentation

• Meeting setup timelines

• Troubleshooting onsite issues

Measured By:

• On-time setup completion

• Event readiness

• Setup quality audits

• Teardown efficiency
  

Maintain Event Display Quality & Prevent Damage

Outcome: All assets remain in strong condition with minimal damage.

Accountable For:

• Proper handling during transport and setup

• Inspecting equipment regularly

• Reporting repair needs

• Proper loading and storage

Measured By:

• Damage incidents (target: zero)

• Asset condition scores

• Inventory loss rate

Ensure Compliance, Safety & Fleet Readiness

Outcome: Vehicles and equipment remain compliant, safe, and operational.

Accountable For:

• Maintaining a valid driver’s license

• Completing vehicle inspections

• Reporting safety concerns

• Maintaining readiness of vehicles and trailers

Measured By:

• Inspection completion rate

• Safety compliance

• Downtime issues

• Incident reporting timeliness

Support Event Marketing Success Through Execution

Outcome: Events run smoothly through dependable execution and teamwork.

Accountable For:

• Supporting event team operations

• Ensuring materials are event-ready

• Maintaining punctuality and dependability

• Upholding brand standards

Measured By:

• Attendance and punctuality

• Team feedback

• Event execution quality

• Supervisor evaluation

• Experience in event setup, logistics, warehouse, delivery, moving, construction, or other physically demanding work preferred

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability, punctuality, and accountability

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move 75+ pounds and perform physical work for extended periods

• Experience in troubleshooting onsite issues and ensuring event readiness

• Experience leading small teams, coordinating work activities, or serving as a crew lead is preferred

• Availability to work varying hours, primarily evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work extended shifts based on event schedules and business needs
