OverviewEmployee must be willing and able to work in different aspects of the beef packing industry. Ability to work in hot/humid conditions and stand for entire shift. In addition, you will be required to wear all PPE and follow food and safety protocol.ResponsibilitiesTasks may include, but are not limited to the following:Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash carcass in preparation for further processing.Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.Ability to work around blood and other strong odors.Ability to perform repetitive motion using your hands/arms/wristAbility to lift, push, pull or carry objectsQualificationsMust be able to wear all PPE for job requirementMust follow all food and safety protocols***Please note this specific job opening is for a heavy physical which requires lifting, pushing, pulling at least 70 pounds
