A hospital in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an RN for a PCU – Surgical position.
The role. This position supports post-procedure and surgical patients in a progressive care unit setting, providing monitoring, assessment, and nursing interventions for patients who require a level of care between general medical-surgical and intensive care. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage patient recovery and ensure safe transitions throughout the care continuum.
