United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Painter for a temporary assignment in Dunbar, WV!
Job Duties:
- Prepare interior surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas from paint damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a quality finish.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pay and Shift: This is a temporary role Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm pay starts at $16 per hour.
Requirements:
- Commercial painting experience is required.
- Experience with interior commercial painting projects.
- Ability to use standard painting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
- Full-time hours
