Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Mansfield, Ohio
We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our client's growing practice in Mansfield, Ohio. Our client is a well-established and reputable dental practice with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Compensation to be discussed and is based on years of experience.
Quarterly bonus.
You would be working with an Associate who will eventually be transitioning out.
This is an all digital practice, pano.
Mix of PPO/FFS and a small portion of Medicaid for children
Position Overview:
The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their patients' oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
- Continuously stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
