Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support vehicle title processing within an automotive dealership environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of title and registration documents for both new and used vehicle sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, values accuracy, and communicates effectively with internal teams, customers, and external agencies.
Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and process vehicle title and registration documents for retail and wholesale transactions, including CT & MA deals and some other out of state registrations.
- Submit completed paperwork to the appropriate state agencies, lenders, and other required entities.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of title, lien, tax, and registration information.
- Maintain detailed records of all title transactions and follow up on pending items as needed.
- Resolve discrepancies, missing documents, and filing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams to support smooth deal processing.
- Respond to customer, lender, and agency inquiries related to title and registration matters.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and title processing requirements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting or office team as needed.
- Previous experience in title processing, dealership office support, accounting, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Working knowledge of vehicle titling, registration, and lien processing procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, or similar business software preferred.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable and proactive with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

This is a Full Time Monday thru Friday position
Pay rate would start at $18.00 but could be higher with experience.
