Account Executive / Freight Forwarding Industry
Job Description
LOGISTEED-America, Inc. is seeking experienced, goal-oriented, and ethical Freight Forwarding Account Executives to join our National Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client portfolio for both domestic and international business. This role requires a passion for helping team members, strong process and planning skills, and outstanding communication abilities. You will report to the Senior Director of the National Sales Team.
We are adding two Sales Professionals to our team. One will be assigned to our West Cost, Torrance, California office, the other will support Sales remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities ????
- Communicate and interact with the Senior Director and customers in a productive and professional manner.
- Help grow and expand the company's Freight Forwarding client list and portfolio.
- Possess a solid background in international transportation services with a working knowledge of the current market.
- Demonstrate strong customer relations, planning, and organization communication skills.
- Follow through on commitments and balance the team's needs with the organization's goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ✨
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales efforts and drive revenue growth in a designated region.
- Experience with B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess sound business judgment.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Travel is required.
Experience Requirements and Preferences ????️
- Minimum of 5 year Freight Forwarding experience
- 4-year college degree
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Fluency in English
- Must pass drug and criminal background check
Benefits ????
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 plus sales commission. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hiring range for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data

Work Environment
Ninety-five percent of the work time will be spent outside of the office setting. Five percent of work time may be spent in the office or other locations where the environment is climate controlled.
