This could include occasional evenings or weekends. Travel is necessary to ensure that individual needs are addressed.You are responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, informed by thorough functional behavior assessments. You serve as a key trainer and mentor, coaching direct care staff and interdisciplinary team members on principles of ABA, crisis prevention, and effective data collection. You are constantly collaborating with program leadership to build a cohesive behavioral support system that promotes consistent, long-term success. On any given day, you may find yourself providing in-person crisis support, supervising Behavior Specialists, or ensuring that all documentation meets the high standards of various governing bodies.
