Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team and lead our facility with a focus on quality care, operational excellence, and resident-centered service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements

• Lead and develop department heads and facility teams

• Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement

• Maintain survey readiness and operational excellence

• Partner with nursing and leadership teams to achieve facility goals

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Previous skilled nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
