Job Description
We are seeking a Full-time ADMINISTRATOR, LNHA in the Medford, MA area
Requirements
Must possess an LNHA license in the state of MA
Two years of experience in a skilled facility is preferred
Strong leadership skills are necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state, and federal codes, rule,s and regulations
Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care
Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs
Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
Possess exceptional communication skills
Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families
