• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during your shift

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Assess, plan, and document resident care according to facility standards

• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality resident care

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and dedication to teamwork
