We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse (RN) to oversee wound assessment, treatment, and prevention for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

• Assess, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds

• Develop and manage individualized wound care plans

• Perform wound treatments and track healing outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate staff on wound prevention and best practices

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with audits

• Active New York State RN license required

• Prior wound care experience preferred

• Long-term care or hospital experience preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Salary range: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
