What SYNERGY HomeCare Requires:
Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifying events
Have authorization to work in the US
Be Reliable
Have excellent communication skills
Be Kind, Courteous and Compassionate
Ability to work with cognitive impairment
Ability to provide assistance with all ADL’s
Available to work at least one weekend a month
Reliable transportation
