RN Supervisor (3-11 Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift at our skilled nursing facility. If you are a strong leader with a passion for quality care, we’d love to hear from you!

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
