Director of Nursing (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations, including compliance, staffing, and clinical programming

• Ensure delivery of high-quality care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards

• Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and professional development

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents

• Monitor clinical indicators and drive performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active, Unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (including OH Department of Health, CMS)

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire clinical teams

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
