Job Summary:
Are you a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a talented and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, working in both center-based and home-based settings.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification
VA LBA
Committed to working full-time
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $125,000 annually
