Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and pediatric dental procedures
- Deliver exceptional chairside care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for patients and families
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care and scheduling efficiency
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active North Carolina dental license in good standing
- Pediatric dentistry experience required
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program preferred
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Compensation
- Compensation: $1,400–$1,600 per day, based on experience
- Bonus opportunities available based on production
- Strong earning potential in an established practice group
Schedule & Employment Options
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Monday–Friday schedule
