As a Shift Lead, you’ll help run the show—leading the team, keeping things smooth during busy hours, and making sure every guest gets an awesome experience. If you’re a natural leader with great energy and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts and support staff during peak hours
- Handle opening/closing duties
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Train and coach team members
- Keep the vibe positive and professional!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant/food service experience (Shift Lead experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependability and a sense of urgency
- A team-first attitude
- Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!!
