We’re a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) that has raised over $20M and grown revenue over 17x over the past 12 months.
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- previously been Chief of Staff at a high-growth tech company or have at least 4 years in a similar position driving outcomes for a venture-backed company
- A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
- The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most.
- Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes.
- Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team.
- Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned.
The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
