- Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred
- Active HHA license preferred
- Physically able to perform caregiving duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism
- Meets all employment requirements
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Follow the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with supervisors regarding client care
- Follow company policies and state regulations
