RN Field Supervisor

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team full-time. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and opening new patient cases within assisted living facilities in Long Island, NY.

• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required
