Role Description
This is a part time or full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing ABA therapy implementation, and training and supporting staff members. The role also includes collaborating with families and caregivers to provide parent education and maintain open communication to enhance treatment outcomes. Continuous monitoring and analysis of client progress will be integral to the position.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active state licensure/certification to practice behavior analysis
Assent-based, play-based, and child-led approach to ABA
Experience conducting FBAs and Skills Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Socially Savvy, etc.)
Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA principles, interventions, and ethical guidelines
Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or behavior technicians
Experience training caregivers and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage documentation and maintain compliance with insurance, funding, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency with data collection platforms preferred
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
