What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations (24/7 responsibility)
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
- Hire, train, and manage nursing staff
- Drive clinical quality and improve patient outcomes
- Oversee care plans and coordinate resident care
- Participate in admissions and evaluate incoming residents
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor staffing, performance, and regulatory compliance
- Step in for Administrator when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Missouri (Required)
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Supervisor)
- 5+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, accountability, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and compliance
