We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Closing Lead to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the store finishes strong each day, with excellent customer service, clean presentation, and smooth closing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead closing shift operations and daily store close-out
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and fully recovered before closing
• Support and motivate team members during closing hours
• Handle end-of-day procedures, including cash handling and register closeout
• Assist with merchandising and straightening the sales floor
• Maintain strong customer service through final hours of operation
• Communicate closing updates and issues with management
• Ensure all closing checklists are completed accurately

Requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to lead and stay organized during busy closing shifts
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Preferred:

• Previous leadership or keyholder experience
• Experience in resale, thrift, or fashion retail
• Experience handling cash and closing procedures
