Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas
Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms
Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with housekeeping colleagues to ensure efficient room turnover and minimize delays
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time
Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
