About This Role
We're looking for a talented and caring Montessori educator to join our team in our toddler and primary classrooms. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing a supportive and engaging learning environment that sparks creativity and curiosity in our students.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a Montessori-inspired classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in toddlers and primary-aged children.
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
Nurture self-confidence, social skills, and emotional intelligence through hands-on activities and guided lessons.
Keep parents informed about their child's progress and milestones through regular updates and communication.
Requirements
CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory. A valid Fingerprint Card is also required. Montessori certification (AMI/AMS) is a must-have. Prior experience working with toddlers and/or primary-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
