Job Description
Lead Clinical Supervisor — Colorado

Reports to: Clinical Operations Director

Location: Colorado (in-home and school-based service area)

Salary: $90,000-$95,000

House of Hearts Isn't Just Another ABA Company. We're a Movement.

We exist for the families who were told to wait. For the kids who deserve more than a checklist. For the clinicians who got into this field to change lives and somewhere along the way got handed a caseload and forgotten.

We're building something different in Colorado, and we're looking for a clinical leader who feels that in their bones. This isn't a seat you fill to collect a paycheck. This is a seat you take because you want to shape what high-quality ABA actually looks like in this state, and you want to do it alongside a team that's growing fast, moving with intention, and refusing to compromise on care.

If you've been waiting for the right place to plant your flag, keep reading.

The Role

The Lead Clinical Supervisor is a senior clinical leader for House of Hearts ABA in Colorado. You'll oversee the quality and integrity of services delivered by our RBT and BCBA teams, mentor the people doing the work, and partner with our Clinical Operations Director to build the clinical systems that will define our presence across the state.

You'll carry a small direct caseload so you stay close to the work, but the bulk of your impact will come from elevating everyone around you — your BCBAs, your RBTs, and the families who depend on us.

This is a builder's role. If you want to be part of writing the playbook, not just executing someone else's, this is your seat.
