ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021, and today our team includes five members working together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in the oil industry, which helped shape my work ethic and appreciation for strong teamwork and accountability.

I attended Texas A&M and am married with two daughters who keep life busy outside the office. Family is important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the agency. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and given the space to succeed.

Our office culture is laid back, positive, and fun. I’m not a micromanager, and I trust my team to take ownership of their roles. If you’re someone who needs constant supervision, this likely isn’t the right fit—but if you’re self-motivated, dependable, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, you’ll do very well here.

For our team, we offer PTO, sick leave, a stipend toward life insurance, and licensing reimbursement. If you’re looking for a place where you can work independently, be part of a friendly team, and build a long-term career, this could be a great fit for you.
