What You'll Do
You would join one of our infant, toddler, or preschool classrooms and perform these important duties:
- Working closely with the head teacher to ensure the well-being and safety of each child in your care.
- Effective communication with parents and colleagues, including daily updates on children's activities and progress.
- Engage in play, lead activities, drive learning, and build meaningful relationships with the children every day!
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to state regulations.
Requirements
We are seeking teacher assistants with the following skills and background:
- HS diploma required
- Must demonstrate prior experience in childcare, spanning various age groups.
- A strong team player with the ability to support not only their classroom, but other classes as needed.
- Familiarity with NYS daycare regulations is a plus; we offer comprehensive training.
