Direct Care Worker Evening Shift

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Sweeping, washing dishes, laundry, taking out trash

• Assistance with appointments and running errands

• Grocery shopping as needed

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment

• Communicating with the client’s family and care team

• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA

• Experience assisting clients with fall risk and limited mobility

• Comfortable providing incontinence and personal care

• Able to assist with mobility and daily activities

• Comfortable supporting clients with high blood pressure

• Patient, reliable, attentive, and compassionate

• Prior caregiving experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & current auto insurance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test

• Weekdays | 2-3x per week

• Evening Shift
