Job Summary:
Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. As a valued member of our Environmental Services team, you’ll maintain assigned areas of the facility in a sanitary, organized, and inviting condition—making a real difference in the everyday lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions with efficiency and attention to detail
Clean and maintain resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and dining spaces
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards
Stock paper products and supplies throughout the facility
Maintain and care for housekeeping tools and equipment
Support other departments when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff
Report any safety concerns or hazards promptly
Follow all infection control protocols and comply with state/federal regulations
Demonstrate pride in your work and a positive, professional attitude
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and squat for extended periods
Able to lift light to moderate items as needed
