Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary menus and patient requirements

  • Operate a commercial kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and supplies

  • Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and implement special dietary requirements and menu modifications

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
