Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary menus and patient requirements
Operate a commercial kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and supplies
Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and implement special dietary requirements and menu modifications
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
