Pay & Benefits

• $22.00+/hour – paid weekly

• $21.00/hour training pay

• 100% health insurance coverage after 60 days

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time: 4–5 days per week

• Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete

• One weekend day required

• 4-day options: Sun–Wed, Fri–Mon, or Wed–Sat

• 5-day options: Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs

• Full-time openings only; no part-time delivery driver openings at this time

Key Responsibilities

• Complete about 95 package delivery stops per day

• Drive approximately 1 hour to the delivery area

• Safely operate delivery vehicles on residential, business, rural, and city routes

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Use GPS to navigate your route

• Scan, log, load, and deliver packages safely

• Handle packages up to 150 lbs

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid MVR check

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid DOT physical

• Comfortable driving larger delivery vehicles/box trucks

• Able to work outdoors in changing weather

• Home delivery, courier, or larger-vehicle driving experience preferred

• Manual labor experience with a willingness to learn is also welcomed

• No CDL required
