Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a Bilingual Onsite and Office Assistant position for a manufacturing client in Winchester, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Provide support both in the office and onsite at the client facility as needed
• Communicate effectively with employees and clients in both English and Spanish
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support functions
• Maintain consistent communication with the workforce regarding schedules, expectations, and updates
• Address employee and client concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, and documentation
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow between the office and onsite locations
• Monitor attendance and provide updates to management as needed
• Maintain accurate records and employee information
• Promote a positive work environment through professionalism and teamwork
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Conduct Plant walkthroughs to check on employee’s attendance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Compensation (USD):

$17.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
Hours vary between 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous administrative, staffing, or onsite support experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
• Basic computer skills required
