You relay information between the kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring orders are prepared with the correct priority. Using exceptional problem-solving skills, you eliminate any obstacles that may affect service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing stations. You also report guest comments, complaints, and any employee or guest accidents to management in a timely manner.Attending scheduled meetings and training sessions is essential for continuously improving your knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
