You'll provide friendly, accurate service while identifying opportunities to educate members about products and services that support their financial goals.This position is based at our Portland branch.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactionsProvide accurate information about Credit Union products and servicesBalance your cash drawer and transactions dailyIdentify opportunities to refer or cross-sell products as appropriateMaintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentationWhat We're Looking For6 months to 2 years of experience in banking, cash handling, retail, or customer serviceStrong attention to detail with basic math and computer skillsFriendly, professional communication and a member-service mindsetReliability, accuracy, and the ability to follow established proceduresA positive, team-oriented attitudeAre you friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented?
