Food & Beverage Manager, Dining Captains, Banquet Manager, or General Manager

Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and their guests while creating a welcoming and professional dining experience. This position requires outstanding customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate member needs while maintaining the high standards and traditions of the club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the club's POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared throughout service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including wine, beer, and cocktail offerings.
• Assist with banquet events, member functions, tournaments, and special club events as assigned.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure efficient service.
• Process member charges and other forms of payment accurately, following club procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas.
• Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work accurately and efficiently to ensure the dining areas and service stations are fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Uphold the club's standards of professionalism, hospitality, and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and carry trays safely.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors during club events when necessary.

Work Schedule

• Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Availability during peak club seasons is expected.
