What the work looks like
- Scratch prep and line service — everything made in-house, every day
- Multiple stations: grill, sauté, cold line, bakehouse support as needed
- Follow recipes and plating standards, while bringing your own craft to the work
- Keep your station tight, clean, and food-safe — always
- Be part of a team that actually communicates and has each other's backs
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience — more is great, hunger counts for a lot
- Solid knife skills and confidence with basic and intermediate techniques
- Ability to stay composed and communicate clearly when service gets real
- Team-first. Ego stays at the door.
- You care about the food. That's not optional.
