About This Role
We are seeking compassionate Infant and 3/4-Year-Old Teachers who embody a nurturing spirit and possess excellent communication skills.
Successful candidates will be energetic, dependable, and able to make mature decisions, creating a supportive environment for young children and their families.
To be considered, candidates must hold a CDA, AA Degree in ECE or a related field, or be willing to complete CDA training.
CDA Training Available

As an employee, you will be expected to comply with the requirements of child care regulatory agencies: BFTS, Quality Rated, and NAEYC.
What You'll Do
Lead engaging activities that foster growth and development in our ECE Program, using a child-centered approach.
Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
Work collaboratively as a member of our team, prioritizing a culture of mutual respect and support.
Requirements
Must pass a Background Check
Comply with the requirements of child care regulatory agencies: BFTS, Quality Rated, and NAEYC
