13-Week Travel Contract
Assignment: April 13, 2026 – July 12, 2026
Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours per Week

A healthcare facility located on the Northern California coast is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Bragg, CA. This position provides care to a diverse patient population in a general acute care unit supporting both medical and surgical patients.

This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable managing a wide variety of patient conditions.

Position Details
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week

  • Shift: Night shift | 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Department: Medical-Surgical Acute Care

  • Patient Population: Mixed medical and surgical patients

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients

  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status

  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility guidelines

  • Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care

Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • BLS certification required

  • ACLS certification required

  • Telemetry experience required

  • Acute care hospital experience

Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
